DubaiTouristPlaces.com brings together the city’s most iconic attractions and experiences in one place. This booking policy sets out the terms that apply to all reservations made through our platform — whether you are booking an attraction ticket, a guided tour, or a curated experience package.

Your booking is confirmed once written confirmation is received from our team.
Payment
- Credit and debit card (Visa and Mastercard) — all transactions in AED
- Bank transfer
- Cash at our office or hotel travel desk
- Secure online payment link
Full payment is required to confirm a booking. Guests under 18 may not independently transact on our website.
Booking Confirmation
A confirmation will be sent by email or WhatsApp once payment is received. This includes the attraction or tour details, date, timing, meeting point, and booking reference. Please review and notify us of any error immediately.
Amendments
Amendments to bookings — including date or guest changes — should be requested as early as possible and are subject to availability. Changes to attraction tickets may be subject to the attraction’s own amendment terms.
Cancellations & Refunds

Please note: some attraction tickets are non-refundable once issued. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking where applicable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed by our team. Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
Attraction-Specific Terms
Certain attractions — including theme parks, observation decks, and ticketed experiences — may operate under their own cancellation and amendment terms. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated on the relevant booking page before any payment is made.
Operator Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any booking due to circumstances beyond our control, including attraction closures, weather, or safety concerns. Guests will be offered a full refund or an alternative arrangement. Notification will be given promptly.
No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive at the confirmed meeting point or attraction at the agreed time without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. No refund will be issued.
Safety and Conduct
Guests must adhere to the rules and regulations of each attraction visited, including dress codes at cultural and religious sites. We reserve the right to remove any guest from a tour whose conduct is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
Liability
Dubai Tourist Places, as part of Travel Saga Tourism, takes all reasonable steps to facilitate a safe and enjoyable experience but does not accept liability for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including attraction operational decisions made independently of our platform.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
