• These terms and conditions will be applied once the booking is done, and the payment is done by the guest/client. 
• Tours and activities usually include tours, admissions, activities, and other travelling options. 
• Some of our travel products will not be operational on public holidays like the Eid Holidays, and New Year Holidays. 
• The operating hours refer to the starting and ending times of the tours and activities. 
• Due to some unforeseen circumstances the prices, itineraries and days of operations might change or get cancelled. 
• Terms and conditions might vary depending on the tours and activities you’ll choose to opt for. So, ensure that you refer to the booking terms and conditions before booking a product from our website. 

Child Age and Conditions

• Conditions and Child age might change depending on the individual service. 
• Consider checking all the terms and conditions before booking any services. 
• For the specific activities there are separate age limits, so if you’re taking your kids along then consider they meet the age criteria. 
• Some of the activities and tours might not be suitable for people of a certain age group. Ensure that you refer to the product before making a choice. 

Pricing

• All of the prices mentioned on our website are according to the United Arab Emirates Dirhams or AED. 
• All of the prices and fees include the VAT charges as well. 
• Prices of the products, itineraries, and days of operation might change or get cancelled without any prior notice. 
• Ensure that you check the latest price before booking any product from our website. 
• The final price will be guaranteed once you have paid the full price and the booking is confirmed.

Booking

• Instant booking: This is when you book a certain product or service by paying everything upfront with the credit card payment method. The booking confirmation will be sent to you directly on your mobile number and e-mail ID. If there is an issue with the confirmed date, then we will make sure that we suggest an alternate date for the activity. 
• Request Booking: This type of booking will require at least three business days for a response from us. Once we have verified the booking and received the credit card payment, we will send you an email confirmation. Even if your reservation is not confirmed, we will endeavor to offer you an alternative plan, time, or date.
• Some of the tours and activities require a signature on the “consent of participation” document. 

Booking Confirmation (Voucher)

• Booking confirmation (voucher) will be sent to the registered email address after the booking is confirmed and payment is complete.
• Booking Confirmation (Voucher) is valid only for the stated items and passengers.
• If you can not present the voucher for any reason, please inform Dubai Tourist Places by email or phone call in advance.
• At any moment if you inform Dubai Tourist Places regarding any changes like pickup spot, starting time, or anything else, then firstly you will be informed about the final details and after you will beforehand on your email. 

Payment

Credit card payments are required for online bookings on the Dubai Tourist Places website. Customers may also request that the credit card fee terms be reviewed prior to checking out. We do not save our clients’ credit card information, and it is always protected. Tap Payments Gateway uses encryption to secure financial systems when users enter the site.

Amendment and cancellation

• If you or a member of your party cancels your booking, or any part of it, you must notify Dubai Tourist Places in writing. Phone amendments or cancellations are not accepted for corporate bookings or big volumes.
• Please check the amendment/cancellation policy carefully before completing your booking request, as the policy differs depending on the tours & activities.
• No refund can be made if the booking is canceled after the cancellation deadline. Amendment/cancellation requests sent and received after business hours will be deemed and dealt with on the next business day.
• This website is based on United Arab Emirates Time – GST (UTC/GMT + 4).

Cancellation fee and refund policy

• Please check the cancellation policy on the relevant page at the time of reservation.
• If we are forced to change your booking or part of your booking for any reason beyond our control, we reserve the right to vary your itinerary and will endeavor to give you notice thereof. In case of cancellation by the tour operator, you will receive a full refund.
• However, Dubai Tourist Places shall not be liable for damages incurred by the client owing to the reasons listed herein under and those similar thereto,
• Natural disaster, war disturbances, acts of terror, uprisings and alteration or cancellation of the tour itinerary due to such causes.
• Accidents of fire related to transportation, accommodation facilities, and alteration or cancellation of the tour itinerary due to such causes.
• Orders of foreign government officials, immigration regulations, isolation as the result of infectious disease and alteration or cancellation due to such causes accidents occurring during the passengers free activities, Food poisoning: Infectious disease (Virus or any transmittable disease such as COVID-19), and Theft
• We have the right to change the cancellation policy when necessary.

Limited Liability

• It is important to note that is only acting as an online booking agent, we have no liability in respect of the supply of any element of your booking, including any liability for illness, personal injury, death or loss of any kind, delay and inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any provider of travel services or products or by other third parties. Any claim for damages for injury, illness, loss or death must be brought against the relevant supplier of the travel services or products.
• Dubai Tourist Places will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special and consequential damages caused by improper use of our online booking service, membership services, illegal use of services or change in information supplied by users.
• Nothing beyond these terms and conditions shall be read as excluding, restricting or modifying rights under the Trade Practices Act and other legislation given to consumers in relation to the supply of goods and services.

Baggage

Dubai Tourist Places is not liable for the loss, damage, or theft of baggage.

Travel Insurance

Dubai Tourist Places deems that all customers making any payment towards a booking from this website have represented themselves as being healthy for travel. Should they have any serious illness, no participation is accepted until being guaranteed by professional physicians as being fit for travel. Customers shall assume all responsibilities and shall not seek any litigation or compensation from Dubai Tourist Places under any circumstances should the customer become ill during the course of the tour. Dubai Tourist Places shall use its best efforts to assist and provide for the comfort of the customer but does not assume any legal liability.

Dubai Tourist Places strongly recommends you purchase insurance on medical, tour cancellation, flight delay, baggage, personal accident and related insurance in order to get full protection against any unforeseen circumstances.

Dubai Tourist Places shall be exempt from any liability in the event of any accident arising from, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during the tour, etc. Settlements will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses, etc. You agree that Dubai Tourist Places will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything that is in any way related to this Site or the use of the information contained in this Site, and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against Dubai Tourist Places.

Law of Contract

The contract is deemed an agreement between customers and Dubai Tourist Places. Any legal action arising under the contract shall be sued in the appropriate court, having jurisdiction in that emirate. By making any payment towards a booking, you have agreed to the terms and conditions set on this website. Dubai Tourist Places has the right to change or cancel the programs if necessary.

In consideration of Dubai Tourist Places permitting you to book online, you warrant to us that: (a) you are at least 18 years old and have the power and authority to enter into a binding contract with us and with the carriers of product and services that you acquire; (b) the information you provide us about yourself is true, accurate, current as required. When making an online booking, you must enter the details of each traveller correctly and according to their passport. Dubai Tourist Places has no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the incorrect entry of a traveller’s name or as a result of the carrier’s policies.

Passport & Visa

All of the individuals departing from UAE must have a valid passport. If your passport is due to expire within six months of your return arrival back in UAE then under normal circumstances you should obtain a new passport. Visas, including transit visas, are the passenger’s responsibility. For more information Please check with the respective Embassy or Consulate of each country that you are travelling to, as many destinations require visas for both UAE nationals and any other nationality passport holders.

Health & Immigration

Passengers should familiarize themselves with any health or visa requirements that may apply to the areas they intend to visit. Passengers shall be responsible for all entry, exit, health and other documents required by law, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of countries being visited or transited. Each passenger shall carry a valid passport at all times. Visas are the responsibility of the passenger and Dubai Tourist Places is not liable for any loss or expense due to a passenger’s failure to comply with the above.
